Privacy Policy

logseen is a weight-trend tracking mobile application operated by Heluva Global Media LLC, 1001 S. Main St. #600, Kalispell, MT 59901, United States ("we", "us") — the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. This policy explains what information the app handles, where it is stored, and the choices you have. The short version: your data is used to run the app for you — nothing else. We do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and we do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

Information we collect

• Weight entries — the weight values you enter, the date and time of each entry, and any optional note you attach.
• Profile settings — height, goal weight, target date, and preferences such as unit (kg/lb), theme, and reminder time.
• Account information — when you first use the app, an anonymous account is created for you automatically. If you choose to sign in with an identity provider (Google, or Sign in with Apple on iOS), we receive your account email address and basic profile name from that provider, and your anonymous data is linked to that account.
• Progress photos — if you use the progress photos feature (Premium), the photos you add, their date, and the pose tag (front/side/back) you choose. Photos are stored on your device and backed up to your own private cloud storage so they can be restored on a new device. They are never public and never shared.
• Health data from Apple Health or Health Connect — if you turn on Health sync in Settings (optional, off by default), the app reads your body-weight entries — read-only — from Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android) and stores them as weight entries, exactly like the ones you type in. We never write back, never read any other health data type, never use health data for advertising or marketing, and never share or sell it. You can turn Health sync off in Settings at any time and revoke the app's access in Apple Health / Health Connect settings.
• Purchase information — if you buy a subscription or lifetime unlock, the purchase is processed by the app store you purchased through (Google Play or the Apple App Store). We and our purchase-management provider (RevenueCat) receive purchase records (product, date, status) tied to your account ID. We never see or store your payment card details.

We do not collect your location. The app never requests GPS access; units and reminder times are based on your device's locale and clock, on the device.

How we use your information

• To compute and display your weight trend, forecasts, and milestones.
• To back up your data and sync it to your account, so your history survives phone changes and reinstalls.
• To display your progress photos alongside your trend, if you add them.
• To deliver the daily weigh-in reminder you set (a local notification on your device).
• To determine which paid features your account has unlocked.

That is the complete list. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to operating the app.

Where your data is stored

Your data lives primarily on your device — the app works fully offline. It is also synced to our backend, hosted by Supabase on servers located in the United States (AWS us-east-1, N. Virginia), so it can be restored on a new device. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). If you use the Service from outside the United States, including the EU/EEA, your synced data is transferred to and processed in the United States.

Services we rely on

The app uses a small number of service providers, each only for the purpose described:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and cloud backup/sync (privacy policy).
• Google Sign-In — optional account sign-in (privacy policy); Sign in with Apple is additionally offered on iOS (privacy policy).
• Google Play Billing — payment processing for purchases on Android (privacy policy); on iOS, Apple's App Store fills this role (privacy policy).
• RevenueCat — purchase and subscription management (privacy policy).

We do not share your data with anyone else, except if required by law.

Data retention

Keeping your history is part of what logseen is for — your entries are retained so your full journey is there when you come back, even after a long break. Your data is kept until you delete it or ask us to delete your account.

Deleting your data and your rights

• You can edit or delete individual weight entries in the app at any time.
• To delete your account and all synced data, follow the steps on our account deletion page or contact us at support@logseen.com from the email associated with your account. We will complete the deletion within 30 days.
• Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA under GDPR and California under CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.

Children

logseen is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

logseen is a tracking and educational tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a healthcare professional for questions about your weight or health.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be highlighted in the app.
