Delete your account & data

This page applies to the logseen app on Android (package com.logseen.android) and iOS (bundle com.logseen.ios), operated by Heluva Global Media LLC.

How to delete your account

In the app (recommended — immediate): open Settings → Account → Delete account & data and confirm. This works for anonymous, Google-linked, and Sign in with Apple accounts, and it erases everything at once: your account, all synced data on our servers, and the local copy on your device. The app returns to a fresh-install state.

By email (if you can no longer open the app): email support@logseen.com with the subject "Delete my logseen account".

• If you signed in with Google or Apple: send the request from the email address linked to your logseen account, so we can verify it's you. (If you used Sign in with Apple's "Hide My Email", send it from that private relay address.)
• If you used logseen anonymously (never signed in): your data is tied to your device installation. Include the request from any email; we will guide you through verifying the account. Uninstalling the app removes the local data from your device.

Email requests are confirmed by reply and completed within 30 days; the in-app path is immediate.

What gets deleted

• Your account (anonymous ID and, if linked, the Google or Apple account association). For Sign in with Apple, we also revoke the token at Apple, so logseen is removed from your Apple ID's list of apps using Sign in with Apple (Settings → your name → Sign in & Security → Sign in with Apple).
• All synced data: every weight entry, note, and profile setting (height, goal weight, preferences).
• Purchase entitlement records held by us and our purchase-management provider (RevenueCat), tied to your account ID.

Deletion is permanent. Because "your data, forever" is a core promise of logseen, we will ask you to confirm once before we proceed — after that, the history cannot be recovered.

What is not deleted

• Your purchase history with the app store — payment records are held by Google Play or the Apple App Store, not us, and are governed by their own policies. Deleting your logseen account does not refund or cancel purchases; manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play's subscription settings or, on iOS, in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
• Data on other devices — the in-app deletion also erases the local copy on the device you delete from. On any other device where the app is installed, clear the app's storage or uninstall it.
• Support emails — routine correspondence may be retained for our records as required for legal and accounting purposes.

Deleting some data instead

You don't have to delete everything: individual weight entries can be edited or deleted directly in the app (History tab → tap an entry), and this syncs to our backend immediately.
